Greetings there fellow Treehuggers! Today, I’m going to run over a Feral Druid Leveling Build that has served me well through leveling my DROOD in World of Warcraft. Feral Druid Leveling is actually a lot better than leveling as balance or another sort of hybrid due to one simple reason: You don’t have to use your mana to do damage. That’s right, once you hit level 20, you can literally use Cat or Bear form to fight all your battles, shift out after the fight, heal yourself and pull again. It’s an incredibly efficient leveling style and I suggest that all Druids trying to level in quickly in WoW try it out! Here we go.

Feral Leveling Build 0/56/15

I’m not going to go over every talent, but I will go over the ones that really just beg to be taken and that make the build what it is. Ferocity is the best first Tier choice simply because it allows you to conserve Rage and Energy. That means more damage and faster killing, thus faster leveling.

Savage Fury is a yes. Feral Instinct is great to have around when you’re soloing and you’ve got to switch to bear form to take on 2 or 3 opponents. That extra damage to swipe really, really helps in those situtations.Moving on down a bit, Primal Precision is really good for making up that lost energy when one of your finishing moves doesn’t go off as planned. Honestly, that’s one of the main problems between Rogues and Druids is that they have to build to one final attack, and if it doesn’t go off, we’re kinda left empty handed. This talent makes it a lot better.

Rend and Tear improves damage significantly. Remember though, even though this talent boosts the damage from Ferocious Bite, Rip is still your best option against heavily armored foes.

Have fun in World of Warcraft Druids!

Feral Druid PvP has a lot of strengths, but it also has a lot of weaknesses. The trick is to avoid the weaknesses and make the strengths of the Feral Druid PvP experience the strongest they can possibly be. In this article, I teach you some of the tricks of the trade that I’ve learned in
3 years of playing a Feral Druid in Battlegrounds, Arena, and open World PvP in World of Warcraft.

Diversity is key. With other classes, it’s very possible to stick to just one build and make that your focus point. Other classes that are less diverse than the Feral Druid are able to focus just on damage…or just on healing…or tanking etc. While you’re building your Feral Druid mainly for damage, you also have to use other abilities to be fully efficient in what you’re doing? Need some examples?

- Tranquility – The cooldown on this means you can’t use it at every moment your PvP group needs healing, but not to use this is to ignore one of your greatest gifts. Just because you’re feral doesn’t mean that healing is out of bounds.

- Barkskin – Barkskin is an essential asset to every
Feral Druid PvP fanatic. Barkskin is essentially the closest thing you have to a paladin bubble. Don’t think that because you’re feral you shouldn’t pop out and heal yourself when you’re able to. A good Druid PvP player uses every tool in his toolbox, and knows exactly when to use them.

The Feral Druid PvP Battle Plan:

The Feral Druid PvP player should spec for cat form. This is going to be your number one in efficiency and burst damage. All of these aspects are important in Feral Druid PvP for the following reasons:

Efficiency – If you’re efficient at killing, this means you use less energy (mana, rage) than your enemy does, allowing you to sustain the fight for much longer than them. In some battles, whoever can remain the steady damage dealer, healer or strongest player for the longest time…wins.

Burst Damage – In Feral Druid PvP this comes in handy for Battlegrounds and Open World PvP. As you know, if you get more than one person attacking you at any given time without any help, you most likely lose. This means that we want to minimize fighting time if we can to reduce the likelihood of anyone noticing you beating up on their buddies. You start the battle stealthed and when you end the battle, you should be back in stealth for the next fight. Minimize the time between these two stealths and you’ll drastically cut down the possibility of an enemy player “add”, thus allowing you more honor and wins during the scenario.

General Tips:

- Don’t forget that you CAN heal yourself or others.

- Bear Form comes in handy in the case that you DO get more than one player attacking you. Shift to bear form and go find help immediately.

- Tranquility can be your best friend, but using it WHILE you’re being attacked will interrupt it. In this case, it’s a worthless tactic.

Have you ever wanted to be a bird? Imagine soaring over a mystical landscape, illuminated by the glorious rays of sunshine pulsing down from the infinite sky? You haven’t? Me neither. I’d rather smash, rip and claw shit to death, generating honor points and bad ass gear in the process. That’s what it’s all about today. That’s right ladies and gents. Feral Druid Builds. Tell your friends, tell your dad, tell your mom. It’s on now!

Feral Druid PvP Builds

PvP Kitty

Here’s the build for all of your general PvP encounters. Whether you’re tearing it up in Battlegrounds or out near Southshore training the opposite faction to the guards because when you attacked that clothie, you got jumped by 2 rogues that you couldn’t even fucking see. I mean, who does that? Damn Rogues. (General Purpose Kitty)

Arena Kitty

This is a more sniper approach to the spec. It’s narrowed down a bit and more focused on Arena than anything else, but still somewhat versatile. It’s still widely used for Battlegrounds and even some low level raiding, but it’s focus is in Arena. You know? Arena, where the casters hide behind the damn pillars and rocks the whole time you’re trying to kill them. Fack.

Feral Druid Raiding Builds

Raid Tank

If you’ve just started tanking heroics or raids and you don’t know where to begin, here’s just what you’re looking for. It can be switched around a little bit but for the most part you’ll want to keep it the same. It’s widely used for a reason. Don’t be rebellious or you won’t get dessert!

Raid DPS

Also known as “balls to the wall kitty”. This build just takes all of the talents that are imperative to raid DPS in cat form. Feral Swiftness is actually a key essential part of this build. With more and more moving bosses, we need to find a way to keep the DPS going on them. Feral Swiftness is the key to doing that, and doing it efficiently.

That’s it folks.

P.S. – Anybody interested in forming a guild consisting of 247 Feral Druids and naming it “Balls to the wall Kitty” should contact me immediately. Thanks, I’ll be here all week.
